The main ingredient
- 100-150 grams of spaghetti, boiled.
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped.
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped celery, squeezed (optional)
- Oil for frying.
Stir-fried Ingredients :
- 100 g minced beef.
- 50 grams of button mushrooms, or can be replaced with chopped carrots (optional)
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped.
- 2 red tomatoes, brewed with hot water then remove the skin and seeds, coarsely chopped.
- 5-7 tbsp tomato sauce (to taste)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste.
- 150-200 ml of water.
- 1/2 tsp oregano.
- 1/2 teaspoon basil.
- Salt, pepper powder, sugar, enough oil for frying.
How to Make Spaghetti Bolognese :
- Heat oil, saute garlic until fragrant, add spaghetti and celery.
- Stir well, remove and set aside.
- Heat oil, saute onion until fragrant.
- Add the minced beef, stir until it changes color.
- Add button mushrooms and tomatoes, mix well.
- Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt, ground pepper, and sugar. Stir well.
- Pouring water. Cook over medium heat until cooked and absorbed.
- Add oregano and basil. Stir well.
